Size: 418 square miles
Prince William County combines vigorous growth with careful preservation of areas for recreation and historic sites. The choice of community settings here is matchless. The public schools have a fine reputation, as do the County's 25 private schools. Thousands of acres of parkland support a wide range of recreational activities. And the new Nissan Pavilion is the latest addition to a rich assortment of cultural activities. Prince William County makes doing business easy. It has more than 7,000 acres of land zoned or planned for commercial and industrial development. Washington Dulles International Airport is next for, and Interstate highways offer fast access to the rest of Greater Washington. The County's rapidly expanding business community includes AT&T, Atlantic Research Corporation, GTE and Loral.
