Northrop Grumman’s corporate HQ relocation to Greater Washington highlights attractiveness of region
The Greater Washington, DC region continues to be the premier location for corporate headquarters. With the recent announcement that Northrop Grumman will relocate its corporate headquarters to Greater Washington in 2011, it joins an list of companies such as Computer Sciences Corp. (CSC), Hilton Worldwide, Volkswagen North America, and SAIC who have moved to Greater Washington in the last 24 months.

Greater Washington Business Outlook Survey Proves Region’s Resilience
Between February 2009 and June 2009, Greater Washington business executives’ positive outlook on the region’s economy increased 26 points, according to a recent survey conducted by Clarus Research Group for the Greater Washington Initiative’s parent organization, the Greater Washington Board of Trade.

Easier to do Business in Greater Washington than Rest of U.S.
By a wide margin of 71-to-15 percent, the Greater Washington region’s executives say they believe it is easier to do business here than in most other places in the United States, according to a recent business outlook survey, conducted by Clarus Research Group for the Greater Washington Initiative’s parent company, the Greater Washington Board of Trade.
