LearnStream Sets Up Shop in Greater Washington

May 19, 2004; Washington , DC – LearnStream, a Canadian-based learning services firm , has announced the opening of an office in Herndon , VA. For LearnStream’s 50+ worldwide employees, the U.S. office promises to be an artery for expediting services directly to their target markets: Hospitality and Food Service, Financial Services, Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defense, IT and Telecommunications, and International Aid and Development.

"By outfitting ourselves in the center of our target market, we can accelerate the process."

It is estimated that 12% of the total U.S. training market resides in the mid-Atlantic region. Reimer notes, "The opportunities in this area are substantial. The metro DC office will be the strategic point for us as we focus on this important region."
