Falls Church offers an exceptional location off Route 66 between two Metrorail stations - just a few short minutes from the heart of downtown Washington, DC. The joint presence of the University of Virginia and Virginia Polytechnic Institute, at the Northern Virginia Center in Falls Church, provides a valuable range of educational, research, training and personnel resources for local businesses. In terms of work force, the City boasts the second most highly educated population in the nation.

The City is proud of its distinct quality of life and strong sense of community, boasting one of the best public school systems in the Washington area, tree-lined streets, established neighborhoods and great lunch time strolling to a wonderful assemblage of more than 300 international restaurants and retail establishments.
