Another one million square feet is available for immediate use, including build-to-suit projects. Business will also find the cost of doing business here lower as well. Leading employers include GM-Powertrain, General Products Company, Kaeser Compressors, Unique Binders and Motion Control Industries (a subsidiary of Carlisle Corporation.)
